For balances under $10,000 (small claims court):

Initial Fee: $1,500

Includes court fees, skip tracing, serving, and credit reporting. Past due balances are reported to credit bureaus until settled. Additionally, 30% of any recovered debt will be charged.

For balances higher than $10,000 or breach of contract:

Initial Fee: $2,500

Includes court fees, skip tracing, serving, and credit reporting. Past due balances are reported to credit bureaus until settled. Additionally, 30% of any recovered debt will be charged.

We report late payments and past due payments to all 3 Credit Bureaus and other trusted service providers to ensure; Timely Rent Payments from current tenants and Recovering Rental Debt from former tenants.
